Just finished liver flush (after MC)

I just finished my first Liver Flush after my first MC. I have to say that it was really painless. The ES, even though I mixed it with apple juice, was almost intolerable for me, but I chugged it down. I actually liked the olive oil/grapefruit juice.

The ES really flushed me out. Actually, it was almost the same as a salt flush for me, but the liquid that came out was not bright yellow, but a much dirtier color. I took my first dose last night at 10pm and I am still getting fluid out.

I had absolutely *no* discomfort doing this. No pain, and I slept well. In fact, I felt pretty normal, though normal during the past 3 weeks has been different due to all of the cleansing I've been doing!

So about the stones...I did get some out! They have all been bright green. At first they were tiny, one a few millimeters in diameter. The biggest ones were irregular in shape and maybe 3/4cm thick. I also got a lot of stuff that seemed similar to the chaff stuff but was olive oil green in color. Is this normal? I saw a few kind of orange things, but that may be because I drank some pineapple/banana/orange smoothie. I also had some beet/apple juice today, and this evening the liquid I was "pooing" out was beet-colored. Wild. This whole peeing out of your butt thing is something I am still not used to (even after 8 salt flushes during the MC). :-)

Anyway, hope this wasn't too long. I know that the Liver Flush isn't the primary focus of this forum, but since I did it in conjunction with the Master-Cleanse I wanted to let you guys know how it went.
