I have been on the Master-Cleanse fast for 40 days and this morning I went through my eleimination process from Dr. Hulda's liver cleanse program I did last night and Holy Guacamole Batman!!! I was amazed at the amount of stuff that
has accumulated in my liver and gallbladder. Unbelieveable!!!

If I had done the flush while eating regular I mighta thought that it coulda been some of the food I was eating but since I have not touched solid food in 40
days the stuff is downright scary!!. All these little yellow,green and black things.YIKES!!!

I had looked at pictures of stuff/stones people had passed and I thought, well these must be really sick folks with bad livers/gallbladders etc. Boy was I wrong!! During a recent stay in the hospital for kidney stones I had very weird atypical reactions to the stones with uncontroled vomiting and dry heaves. I couldn't even hold down water so they checked me out pretty thouroughly including my liver and gallbladder and it all checked out perfectly healthy after ultra sounds and X-rays. HA!! That is outside of the BB sized stones I was trying to pass. Wish I had investigated natural healing methods sooner.............


So now I'm gonna keep doing the Liver Flushes till I don't pass any more "stuff". I'm gonna do another Liver Flush in 2 weeks and see what comes out then and if I'm still passing
stuff I'm gonna keep repeating the flushes every 2 weeks.


I say it's weird and freaky but it's really a blessing/ relief to have done some research and be doing the Colon Cleanse Master-Cleanse fast and Dr. Hulda's Liver Flush and perhaps dodging some future bullet. I tell ya after my experience I couldn't recomend this liver/gallbladder flush and Master-Cleanse fast enough.

Besides losing some weight, getting more energy, my skin
getting clearer and just about getting rid of the dark circles under my eyes. I have also gotten rid of a chronic pain on my right shoulder and wrist. Now after flushing all this crap out of my gallbadder and liver I'm really looking forward to a healthier lifestyle.

Ya know I kept reading all these folk complaining about the taste of the salty water on the MC fast, the cayenne peppper and the Epsom Salts and the olive oil having this horrendous taste etc etc. Now after having gone through it all and having dreaded every mix all I could think was. "What a bunch of whiners".....;+D

I dreaded every one of the mixes and when it came down to it, it was no big deal at all. So the water was a little salty, big f@#$%& deal....I mixed the Epsom Salts with fresh squeezed grapefruit juice like recomended and no sweat at all. The olive oil and the grapefruit juice. Not anywhere near as bad as the "horrendous" descriptions I have read on this site. It was just "slightly" funky but very tolerable.

I know, I know everybody is different yada yada.....but other than having some extreme "physical" reactions, all you "whiners" please, please keep it to yourselves. You're discouraging a lot of people who would be doing a world of good for their health including yourselves.

So if any of you folks are at all discouraged by the descriptions of horrible tasting stuff please don't pay any attention. It simply is not that bad and the results are nothing short of amazing.

Hi all! I just did my very first Liver Flush on the 8th day of my first Master-Cleanse fast...and it worked!! yay!

For those of you who would like the details (I know I would) here they are:

On the morning of my 8th day on the Master-Cleanse with Bentonite and psyllium I had some freshly juiced carrot juice, then graduated to the more flavourful carrot, apple, beet & ginger juice. I just wanted to make sure that my body had dealt with something other than lemonade before it had to deal with the olive oil and grapefruit juice. From 4pm on I only had a few sips of water, to keep me hydrated. After 7pm I didn't have any more water. At 9pm I had a cup of organic apple juice. At 11pm I had a cup of AJ mixed with 3/4 tsp Epsom Salts (I've had problems with ES in the past). At 1am I shook up the 1/2 cup of olive oil with almost a cup of freshly squeezed pink grapefruit...and wow, was I surprised!, like Kathy Denver, below, I found it quite tasty! Like...the fragrant olive groves of Italy mixed with yummy sweet sunshine! It was frothy too. Anyway, I lay down right away and slept soundly until 6:25am at which point I woke up feeling a wee bit nauseous (interestingly, I just checked the sunrise in Victoria, B.C. and it was 6:23am! plus 6:30am is the active time of the Large Intestine in TCM! Then I awoke at 10am and had another cup of AJ and 3/4 tsp of Epsom Salts . Within an hour I had two very different eliminations. The first was the usual mucoid rope that I've been passing since Day3 of the Master-Cleanse with b/ps. The second had liver stones floating in it!!! yay!! I was really so excited to see them. Around 100 I think. (I have a feeling I will pass more within a few hours, though) My largest was about 8 or 9mm. Most were pea size. They were golden coloured on the outside and brightjewel green gel on the inside. hmmmm! The fecal matter that came out was very intriguing as well...I'd never had this before: Marbled green/black stuff that probably measured about 1 1/2 cups...held together and some in 'ropes'. I wonder where that is from?? Now I'm just recovering by drinking more lemonade and water...plus Bentonite and psyllium. I feel great!

Hope these details help the first-timers! The regime I'm on just feels fantastic...more energy, clear head, a couple days spent clearing out old emotional stuff as well, my eyes don't feel tired in the late afternoon anymore, I feel light, but not floaty....clear and clean! I recommend this to everyone!!!

I have flushed while fasting. Twice in fact - on day ten and day 24.

If you go to the Liver Flush Forum , find a post by me and click on it and then go to the top of that post and click on 'show all messages by tiratu', you will be away.

When I was thinking about doing it, I read all the archives and everything I could find and I only found two others who had done it and they did not say anything about their experiences.

What I have read on this site in general is that it is very rough on the system mid fast and the recommendation is to do it at the end of a fast.

The first flush for me was like a walk in the park - so easy peasy. However, if you look at the Liver Flush Forum , not all first flushes are like that.And your experience of flushing will never be the same twice.

My second flush hit me really quite hard and looking back I didn't allow for how hard it would or had hit. I did it and sort of forgot that I had just done it.

I did find that after each of the flushes, my tongue was a lot pinker.

The way I decided about the first flush for myself was this. At day 10 I felt great - really strong, healthy and happy and a flush felt right. I had never flushed before and this was also my first fast. So this is not the voice of experience here - just an experience.

I got out tonnes of stones with that first flush and loads of crap with the second one. The second one just made me feel weak - I think would be the best was of describing it. And although my tongue looked alot pinker - I felt physically knocked.

All I can suggest is read, read, read and tune into what feels appropriate for you.

Hi everyone!

I just finished my first Liver Flush after my first MC. I have to say that it was really painless. The ES, even though I mixed it with apple juice, was almost intolerable for me, but I chugged it down. I actually liked the olive oil/grapefruit juice.

The ES really flushed me out. Actually, it was almost the same as a salt flush for me, but the liquid that came out was not bright yellow, but a much dirtier color. I took my first dose last night at 10pm and I am still getting fluid out.

I had absolutely *no* discomfort doing this. No pain, and I slept well. In fact, I felt pretty normal, though normal during the past 3 weeks has been different due to all of the cleansing I've been doing!

So about the stones...I did get some out! They have all been bright green. At first they were tiny, one a few millimeters in diameter. The biggest ones were irregular in shape and maybe 3/4cm thick. I also got a lot of stuff that seemed similar to the chaff stuff but was olive oil green in color. Is this normal? I saw a few kind of orange things, but that may be because I drank some pineapple/banana/orange smoothie. I also had some beet/apple juice today, and this evening the liquid I was "pooing" out was beet-colored. Wild. This whole peeing out of your butt thing is something I am still not used to (even after 8 salt flushes during the MC). :-)

Anyway, hope this wasn't too long. I know that the Liver Flush isn't the primary focus of this forum, but since I did it in conjunction with the Master-Cleanse I wanted to let you guys know how it went.

After reading the preceding posts I was convinced that I should do a Liver Flush immediately following my 10 day MC. I know every body is different, but I want to explain my experience for anyone who is thinking of trying this for the first time.

My experience was horrible! I ended my 10 day fast, which went very smoothly, and on day 11 sipped apple juice until 2 pm and then started the Liver Flush process. Problem was that I was so dehydrated (and I was drinking PLENTY of water on the MC--at least 3 liters per day along with at least 9 servings of lemonade drink) and my electrolytes so out of balance that the Liver Flush really did a number on me. I awoke at 3am needing to use the restroom. By the time I got there I was so dizzy and I ended up fainting 2 times in the bathroom. The second time I fell really hard on the floor and hurt my neck very badly. I went back to bed thinking that I would sleep it off. But in the morning, I had the same feeling. I immediately posted my experience in the Liver Flush Forum and thanks to the kind people there discovered my dehydration/electrolyte problem. I started drinking water immediately as well as emergen-c and began feeling better very soon.

One helpful poster told me that it is wise to give your body at least 3 days after the Master-Cleanse to do a liver flush to allow digestion to begin again. The Master-Cleanse may be good for you (I was very pleased with mine), but it also flushes out a lot of water, electrolytes, and good bacteria from your intestines. Best to give your body a few days to rebalance.

My advice is to listen to your body (which is what I thought I was doing!) since everyone is different. Some people may be able to follow an Master-Cleanse immediately with liver flush, but be forwarned. My experience was very scary and I woke up this morning thinking I would have to go to the hospital. I am still a believer in the MC and liver flush, in spite of my experience, just not together. I plan on trying the liver flush again in a few weeks after I've had a chance to recover. Be careful and safe!
