Not OK to use bottled juice....

I've read on MANY posts that it is NOT ok to use the bottled juice, organic or not. From what I recall, the reasons have to do with losing the enzymes in the flash-pasteurization process. Sorry that I don't have all the details on hand, but there are many mentions of this in here is you search.

I know it is easier, but a big part of this cleansing process is the discipline that it takes to do it successfully as well as the discipline it will take to continue a healthy lifestyle once it's over.

No disrespect intended by the way...I just thought you might want to benefit the way others had from the posts in here. There are SOOO many to go through, I just thought I'd point out this advice.
