My husband and I are on day 4, and we do an iced version of the tea, because it is so hot where we live. We use the regular Smooth Move tea, but we make a large pitcher of it with one of those iced tea makers, and we use two Smooth Move bags and two Numi brand Organic Simply Mint bags with it. It not only tastes amazing, but the mint helps to sooth the stomach and helps with the cramping. Without the mint, the cramping is pretty uncomfortable for us. We still get some action too!
Also, one of the things that makes the tea taste better is using filtered ice cubes as well as filtered or distilled water. We used to use our RO water, with refrigerator ice cubes. Well, with these very inexpensive iced tea makers, you use way more ice than water. We'd end up with a tea that resembled the unfiltered fridge ice cubes, rather than the smooth, clean, and silky RO water taste. Just a note.
We bought our iced tea maker for $18 at Linen's N Things, and I recently saw them at Cosco for $16. I'm sure you can get them at any drug store too. The Numi tea, we got from our local grocery store, Safeway, in the health foods section. Good Luck!
