Re: Any suggestions for herbal laxative tea?

A lot of people use Smooth Move or Smooth Move Chocolate. I've tried both and prefer the non-chocolate (although I am typically a chocolate lover). There's also one called Dieter's Tea. I've seen all of these in the health food section of grocery store chains and at my local health food stores. Any senna tea should do, but you'll want to find one that you like the flavor of.

Yes, the Master-Cleanse will be effective without the salt water flush, but you should drink the tea in the morning to replace the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) as at night.

You want to try to get organic non-irradiated cayenne, which you MAY be able to find at a regular grocery store and at a health food store.

You can also buy all of these items online, but they most likely wouldn't arrive before Saturday. :)

HTH,
Tiffany
