Ugh! I hope you get over your hunger soon!! I know how annoying that can be.
The SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is 2 teaspoons of Sea Salt and 32 ounces of water. My husband couldn't drink 32 ounces of salt water, so I would mix his 2 tsp of salt with approx. 1/4 cup of water. He could gulp that down (like a shot of alcohol) and then chug the 32 ounces of plain water.
