I'm finishing Day 11 of the Master-Cleanse and still feel great (although most of my dreams are about food!) I don't want to go off the fast until my body is done detoxifying. I know that one sign is when my tongue stops being coated, but what other things can I look for?
Are there any issues or additional things I should do when staying on the Master-Cleanse more than 10 days? I heard from someone that cayenne pepper can be dangerous if taken for too long or in too great a quantity, but I don't have any details about it.
Finally, I am getting quite a bit of exercise to keep my metabolism revved (both aerobic and muscular) and don't want to lose any muscle mass. Ideally I'd like to be building muscle if that's possible. Can one's body build muscle mass when there is no protein in the diet? How does the body get the needed building blocks?
