congested liver

What can I take for congested liver? I have done 3 cleanse and got no stones on the last one but health care provider says I need to take herbs. When I take them I get migraine headaches. I don't want to feel worse. I know about the die off effect but I must stay on my feet if possible and with migraines I can't. Please help! Tweet
