Re: No white tongue

I am on day one and my tongue was completed coated by noon. I am thinking that has something to do with a reaction to the liquid. I have drank about 5 lemonades and about 20oz of water and 8oz of warm water w/lemon juice after my SWF. My tongue is always a big, purplish, white mass that even feels bigger.

I guess some folks detox in different ways. My skin and tongue show the first symptoms and then my skin glows and my eyes are really white by day 10-14, depending on how long I go.

Kuster, don't be surprised is you wake up with a sore throat or drainage or anything like that. I usually get those kinds of detox symptoms by Day 7-8.

And TRUTHFULLY, I'm glad to hear your tongue is not white...as I thought it might be a symptom of starvation!!!!!!!! :) :) :)
