Wow! Thank you so much for all the helpful information, I recently just happened to come along to this site and found alot of wonderful information, but it looks so complicated, also it seemed a little too good to be true, the fact that with a diet change you could not only clear up Acne but also something as serious as cancer. I also read alot of sites that had negative comments about this kind of alternative approach, and so I was a little skeptical of it's true benefits. But I'm very glad to hear it worked for you, and you have given me the encouragement I need to go on with this and for that I'm truly thankful... Can you tell me the brand of Bentonite clay and vinegar you used? That would truly help, because I want to go look for it at a local health store. Also, was this process of changing your lifestyle and eating habits, and going through the cleanses hard to change to?.... Well thanks again for all your help!!!... Diane Tweet
