Lemons can keep real well. I bought 3 bags for my cleanse so far and am on my last bag. I am not sure, I may just make my 30 days or may have to buy one more bag. They are fine. I keep them refrigerated in a veggie draw. I have had 2 bad lemons but they were going to be bad anyway most likely.
