Hang in there. I am on day 16, and I wanted to eat so bad the last couple of days. I just keep reminding myself why I am doing this. The food will be there when the fast is done. Drink more lemonade! I have also been drinking a couple of glasses of tea a day and the change in taste helps a little. Your body goes in cycles, try to fight your way through this urge. Soon enough it will go away. Keep on truckin!
