Day 30: Long time, no see! (long winded update)

Hi all!

Sorry I haven't been around. I've been in China for work. Amazingly, I actually stayed on the diet. I took my juicer, syrup, and bought lemons. Not organic, but close enough. :-)

So I woke up this morning to...A PINK TONGUE! It was like the best gift ever. So this is the last lemony day. I did my last SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) this morning and gloated over the bag of salts for a couple minutes. 'Ha! I won! My strength beats your ickiness!" I still have some detox symptoms. My eyelids are a little inflamed and itchy/painful, I have a couple small pimples, my arms itch...nothing bad.

I never thought I would go 30 days. I didn't think I would make it to the original goal of 10! I keep thinking back to the time before I started, when I first found the forum and was reading about everyone else's experiences. If you're lurking and considering the cleanse like I was, do it! It'll change your life!

And my life has changed. I've never felt so good, so clear, so strong. My mood in great and I'm no longer craving Taco Bell, pizza, burgers, and all those other things that have been plaguing me the past 30 days. I'm craving Watermelon and kale. Looks like my body is totally ready to go raw. I'm so proud of myself for undertaking this, trusting my body, the process, and all of you.

My therapist told a couple of people about my success on the cleanse and now keeps a copy of the book in her waiting room and prints copies from my pdf for people who want to try it. I've also given her my permission to disclose my number and email for people who have questions before starting. I wouldn't know half the things I do about this cleanse without the experiences and teachings of this entire forum, new and experienced. I'm so pleased that I can share the spirit of this forum into real life. You can bet I'll be directing every one of them here.

So, now I'm getting ready for my post fast. Boy, I'm gonna drink the hell out of that soup. It isn't going to have time to scream. :-D
