Sunlight regulates the circadian rhythm (waking and sleeping patterns). You must get a minimum of 2 hours of sunlight on your face everyday with no glasses and no sunscreen. The glands located behind the eyes need sunlight in order to regulate almost every function in your body. Absorbable calcium is also necessary. Eat copious amounts of calcium rich foods and get out in the sun!!! Cleansings will only help.
