I've been trying to listen to my body since it's the one that kept pushing back the finish line. I was originally only going for 10 days since this was my first cleanse! I'm still trying to discern if my body is ready to stop the cleanse, or if it's just bored. I'm going to increase the cardio a little and thus increase the water intake as well. Perhaps this will get some toxins moving and wake up my body's desire for cleanliness rather than its desire for variety. :-D
