Re: Hot BM = hot bowel movement :-)

My best guess is that toxins have been stirred up in your system, and the vomiting is your body's attempt to release them. If given enough time I think your body will find another exit point, say through your sweat or BM's. I usually develop my headache later in the day, and experience nausea the next morning before my BM. My headache disappears after my eliminations and begins to build again towards the end of the day. For me that seems normal. I'm not sure what I would do if I experienced a long lasting headache accompanied by vomiting. I encourage you to give it one more day, and maybe your toxins will start to find a different exit route. Hopefully someone else here on the forum has some suggestions on how to combat the vomiting. I can only relay to you what I have learned from the forum and my own personal experience. My mother and I are doing the cleanse together (our second) and we are on day 2. I don't have a headache today like I did yesterday, but mom woke up a little while ago complaining of a migrane and vomited after trying to drink a lemonade. She suffers from migranes intermittenly that are usually accompanied by vomiting. She just drank a bunch of water and went back to bed. I would be interested in hearing any suggestions on how to stop/combat the vomiting. Hope this helps you. Good luck!!!
