Re: abdominal pressure & nausea

> For several months I have had a bloated stomach feeling after I eat. It doesn't go down into the bowel, only the stomach area. The next phase seemed to be a slight crampy belly feeling after eating. In the last week, it has gotten much worse, more pressure, more nausea, more cramping and pain, sometimes the discomfort extends down into the intestines and I am having occasional diarhea and sometimes an urgency to go, but not much happens.

Wow - this is not gonna be fun to 'diagnose'. (I do not like the medical profession but for emergencies of a physical nature and for diasnosis - they are the best). My suggestion would be to see a gastro and have it checked - then you can work on a cure.

In the meantime - any of the calming herbs - ginger, licorice, fennel, etc. The Water Cure , the liver cleanse. Intestinal formula 2, cayenne, apple cider vinegar. ACV would be my first try - a few tablespoons with a bit of cayenne and distilled water before or after a meal.

Let us know.
