Cleanse completed. Now What? Maintenance?

Hello, I have just completed the intestinal cleanse, kidney cleanse, and liver cleanse. It took me 28 days and I feel great! What do I need to do now to maintain? Do I continue to take Flora Source and Colon Cleanse #1 or #2 and the Vital Nutrition Plus and if so what would be the maintenance dose? Thank you. Tweet
