Re: 15th day question?
I too would love to find the research on it since the OJ fast also touts revolumizing the blood. When I want to do that, I eat green stuff, green drinks...anything green makes blood and after a week of broccoli, spinach, asparagus, spirulina shakes, and dark leafy lettuce...oh and beet greens also count, you DO feel pretty dandy.
I do think
The Master Cleanse probably makes it easier for the body to clean up the blood we have and depending on the level of toxins released since our white blood cells go into ACTION to fight
parasites and such and then other cells come and clean up the dead white blood cells as well as the dead invaders. It does not feel like we get totally enough nutrition during the cleanse to encourage the kind of rebuilding and strengthening of the blood I prefer but
The Master Cleanse does great for what it is supposed to do. Maybe the cayenne is probably a huge factor.
Here is a blurb from a Master Cleanse e-class....
You can expect these benefits on the Master Cleanse:
To dissolve and eliminate toxins and congestion that have formed in any part of
the body.
To cleanse the kidneys and the digestive system.
To purify the glands and cells throughout the entire body.
To eliminate all unusable waste and hardened material in the joints and muscles.
To relieve pressures and irritation in the nerves, arteries, and blood vessels.
To build a healthy bloodstream.
To keep youth and elasticity regardless of our years.
