Hi Agnes!

I am very interested in trying this liver - gall bladder flush... I would like to know what I need to do to get started! You say you began taking better care of yourself at age 12?
I am also very curious as to how old you are now - you look great in the website photo!

Please let me know how to get started... Do I take Epsom or Sea Salt ? I have concentrated organic lemon juice, not preserved, and organic olive oil. What else do I need?
