Is It Possible to Cleanse without meaning to? I'm Worried!

Hi, I'm new on this board but I have been reading a lot of the posts and they are quit interesting. I have been reading about cleansing for about 8 months now. I read Dr. Clarks web site plus a few more. I was going to start the whole procedure, then I Chickened out. I have still been reading a LOT about it though.
About 15 years ago, I started getting pain in the pit of my stomach. I would get constapated then after a few days I would go yellow, I mean real yellow diarrhea. Then all I ate was soup for a few days and my stool would gradually form. First it was very skinny like pencils and then it gradually turn brown and normal again. I finally went to a Gastrointestinal Doctor and I had an Endoscopy and a Colonoscopy. He told me I had a fast track and some IBS. He gave me some medicine and it worked great. I only had to take the medicine when this happened, which was not very often. As the years went by I got this less and less. I do still have that problem once in a while but I don't take any meds for it, I just eat soup.
At the beginning of this past February I went to the bathroom and I had spasms for 4 hours. It was so painful. I did go to the bathroom brown mush. I finally took Imodiam and the spasms went away and of course it stopped me from going to the bathroom. I felt much better but now I became constapited until I couldn't stand that anymore so I took a laxative and then I had diarrhea, but no spasms. I took Imodiam again and became constapited again. Then I took Magnesium Citrate. It gave me diarrhea of course, then the same thing happened. Well, about three days ago I took Milk of Magnesia So I could go to the bathroom and I sure did. I went 10 times. This time I noticed all white and brown little things floating and I remembered the cleansing routines. I got some toilet paper and picked one of these things up. It was hard but it did crumble when I moved it back and forth. It was like plaster or chalk. Every time I go diarrhea now, those things are in my stool.Do you think they Are these stones or are they something else? I finally went to the bathroom solid but only little pieces. I noticed all little white things in my stool and even a few long white things that looked like worms. Do you think that's what they are? What are the little white things? I also have a dull pain in my stomach, under my navel and I burb up bile into my throat. I do have an appointment with a doctor because all I am is constapated now unless I talk something to make me go. This is really grossing me out. I'm so sorry if I grossed you out but I never experienced anything like this before.
I don't quit under stand about having worms because when my cosins daughter was a little girl she got worms and they could be seen in her rectum plus she was itchy. The Doctor gave her a few days of some kind of pills and they were gone. Why can't we just take those pills if we see worms, they killed them and they were gone?
Well, do you think it is possible that these are stones and parasites in my stool even though I didn't do a regular cleanse. I sure did cleanse though and I'm going to have to keep doing this for another week until I see the Doctor because if I don't, I get sick.I'm so sorry that this letter is so long and so gross but I didn't prepare for this and I never had this before.
