I persoanally find honey such a versatile treatment, and of course out side the body. Tho' a few years ago I found a little dropped into the eyes a great treatment for sore tired yellow eyes. ...Gill

Are you saying you put a drop of honey in your eyes? Just straight honey?

This is interesting, but new to me. Do you know why/how it helps? Do you make it a little warm first?
