Thanks for your advice and support!!! I am braving it out and havent taken any meds for over four years now. I just deal with the symptoms as the come, go with the flow you know??? I am a survivor of sexual molestions as a child, memories that I have completely blocked out. I had read here that the Bowel Cleanse will release old memories and emotions, and as you are cleansing yourself those old emotions would be released as well. That gave me pause, but then I wondered if maybe those old blocked memories we're the actual cause of my panic disorder, because I can remember having panic attacks as a child, which came back full force after my fathers death.
