There should be no problems.

as I told you, test yourseelf.
Be your own doctor.

The 1st day take 2 tbsp of olive oil.
The 2nd day take 3 tbsp of olive oil.
The 3rd day take 4 tbsp of olive oil.

Keep on 4 tbsp for few days, ....

You will not have problems.

Oil should be Organic Virgine Olive oil.

If you can tolerate 4 tbsp, test yourself on 8 tbsp.


If you can tolerate 8 tbsp, test yourself on 16 tbsp.


If you can tolerate 16 tbsp, test yourself on 32 tbsp.

If you can tolerate 32 tbsp, test yourself on 64 tbsp.


BUT, remember to start with 2 tbsp.

That is all.

Are you affreaid of eating 2 tbsp of olive oil a day?
