Question what to do next

I have done 4 successful Liver Flushes over several years (first one in 1991)and just finished one yesterday. I just found the Cure Zone and related web sites. Did not know that the there could be as many as 2000 stones in the liver. I always have passed 80 - 100 stones in a flush but have never done a flust 2 weeks later.
I plan on doing that.
But then read about the parasite cleanse. And the Lemonaid fast. And the coffee enemas.

I wish to do all of those. Does someone know what order - and can any be done simultaneously - or do they all need to be done separately with time in between to give the body a rest?
