I use 2 level tsps. I put it in a small amount of the boiling water, stir until the salt desolves, add all but one cup of boiling water and top that off with the last cup being room temp spring water. turns out to be the perfect temp for me. I've had it work for me everytime I've done it. I have heard of others, my son included, who it didn't work for right away. It took a few days.
how long does it take for you to drink yours? I was taking too long. I got a lot of suggestions here on how to drink it, what temp, etc. it made all the difference for me.
