A little summary
I printed this out for Mossy and I and stuck it on the fridge, so we'd know what we were in for. :) I added pretty hefty dilutions b'c of previous tummy trouble. I hope it helps -
Breaking -
DAY 1
All Day :: Orange Juice, diluted ½ with filtered water. Drink SLOWLY.
DAY 2
Morning & Afternoon :: Orange Juice, diluted ¼ with filtered water. Drink SLOWLY.
Evening :: Veggie Soup, primarily broth. Probiotics.
DAY 3
Morning :: Orange Juice, diluted if needed. Probiotics!
Afternoon :: Veggie Soup.
Evening :: Fresh Fruits & Veggies, Salad.
A “normal” – as in Raw Food – diet may be resumed after Day 3. (ie. take it SLOW)
SB’s Suggested Diet:
Morning :: Fresh Juice. Peppermint tea.
Afternoon:: Small veggie or fruit salad OR veggie soup. Tomato juice OR coconut milk.
Evening :: Steamed veggies & veggie soup OR lentil soup OR veggie chili OR rice dishes.
