an Epsom Salt bath won't give you an UTI. or at least it shouldn't. :o
UTIs are caused from the ecoli bacteria getting into your urinary tract... or else some internal thing, like I got them all the time from a med I was taking. That sucked! UTIs happen most frequently with women who wipe the wrong way: back to front... You should always wipe front to back so as not to contaminate yourself. :)
