How do I know when I'm "clean"?

I'm on day 14, and I'm considering going one more week. I'm wondering how to tell when I have been cleaned out. I am still eliminating waste. My tongue never got very white - but I used a tongue scraper each morning. It still seems to have a bit of white to it.

Shouldn't I stop having bowel movements if my colon is cleaned out?
