Does anyone know if this can be used for someone who is susceptible to ULCERS?

i did a 10 day cleanse, and bf wanted to try it, but he took a taste of the lemonade and freaked at how acid it is. he has had a history of ulcers and thinks this wiell be too much for him. haven't ready anything re: this specifically.
