Kieron,

Chemicals used for printing can be very toxic.

Do liver cleanse, (repeat at least 5 times), and for the best results you should consider parasites cleanse prior to liver cleanse.

Also, check your teeth.

You may have just too many with amalgam.

What about your diet, or your home ?
Could they be toxic ?
