I would like to do it before going on vacation on the 28th but because of previously scheduled invents can not start until the 19th. So that means I can go 7 days and then resume "normal" eating on the 2nd day of vaca in the VIRGIN ISLANDS!!

I use schulze's intestinal formula -1 to keep the bowels moving. They move 2-4x day with that. I did the salt yesterday and hated it. The taste got me gagging after a bit. So you may wanna give 800herbdoc a call and try if1. Also - you don't wanna go 'eat normal vacation' food after - as that would defeat some of your gains. You slowly need to reintroduce and rebuild with a good diet.
