Lemonade Diet - Is 10 days really the minimum?

I have the book for the Master Cleanse. It says go for 10 days min. Can you get results going less than 10 days. I would like to do it before going on vacation on the 28th but because of previously scheduled invents can not start until the 19th. So that means I can go 7 days and then resume "normal" eating on the 2nd day of vaca in the VIRGIN ISLANDS!! Please advise. Thank you. Tweet
