NO bottle of any kind! They have to heat it up to pasterise and bottle it to keep it on the shelf in the store could sit there a long long time, What do you think? You could squeeze for one day, but you are taking a chance of loseing all the good live stuff any longer then one day, So just do for a day and you will get the best stuff in you.
