I know the book says not to use lemon juice from a bottle, but I'm wondering if this may be okay. It's NOT FROM CONCENTRATE (unlike the lemon/lime juice you normally find in the produce section), and it's 100% ORGANIC. The bottle states that it can be used in any recipe in place of "hand-squeezed lemon juice."
I've heard before that you're allowed to squeeze a lot of juice ahead of time if it's kept in a canning jar.. Isn't this pretty much the same premise?
