After 1 week of the Master-Cleanse and another week of juice fasting, I'm back on the MC. I have had 3 drinks today. 1 without cayenne, and 2 with extra cayenne. My energy levels are great, but I'm in a lot of pain. That's why I'm switching back to the MC. The cayenne helps inflammation, and that seems to be my problem right now...
For those who weren't reading posts when I started 2 weeks ago, I'm committed to a liquid fast (no pulp) until I get to a specific weight. It's been 2 weeks, and I'm probably looking at another 3-5 weeks before I hit my goal. I am alternating the Master-Cleanse with juice fasting to prevent boredom.
