which gallstone flush should I use?

I have had about 3 gallbladder and surgery has been recommended to me but I want to avoid it... I looked on your site and you have 5 different flushes. Is there one that you recommend more than the others? I am a 53 year old female who has a fulltime job. The Hulda Clark e one seems complicated because of the parasite et al cleanse.... is that necessary before going ahead? Tweet
