I'm on Day 6 today. I did about 10 days several weeks ago, and then took a break for my 17th anniversary trip. Then it took 2 weeks to get started again. I'm currently at 228 pounds, and will continue liquid fasting (may switch to juices from time to time) until I hit about 192 (190-192). I chose this weight goal because once I drop below 200 pounds, I NEVER want to see the 200's again!
