Re: sense of smell and dry sensitive skin

I am on day two of my first attempt at the MC, and I've already noticed the dry skin problem--even the exact red, sensitive skin near the temples and down the sides of my face near the hairline (to the point that it's flaky). I've also noticed a number of small yellow bruises on my body that weren't there before--on my calves, thighs, arms and hands. Is this normal?!
Other than the brutal caffeine-withdrawal headaches, all else seems to be fine! Tweet
