Early Break
Hi all!
By the end of day 7 it was clear the lemonade wasn't supporting me any longer. Days 8 and 9 I switched to OJ, which was considerably better but still didn't bring my usual energy level... so last night I had a small bowl of soup and felt MUCH better! This morning (day 10) I had a papaya strawberry yogurt soy milk smoothie (sipped SLOWLY) and REALLY felt good! Another small bowl of soup for lunch and coming up steadily.
Since my very long (60 day) fast two years ago I have had ongoing trouble with lemonade. I cannot seem to make ten days without requiring additional support, even though I clearly need a cleanse. Fruit/veg juices do the trick, but I thought I would give it another go... almost made it!
I did accomplish everything I aimed for with this cleanse--gone is the puffiness below my eyes, extra weight, sluggishness/fogginess... once again I am feeling light and clear and clean, and the amazing energy level I have become accustomed to since offloading major trash from my system over the past four years!
I went to the gym every day, and the only real difference I notice is in cardio my heart rate is higher, and takes longer to return to normal. Strength wise I am ready to increase weight on several machines, but have waited until after the break to do so. I REALLY enjoy my daily steam bath, and feel it is a great help in detox!
To all of you new to the MC--this is an incredibly powerful cleansing tool! No matter what your personal health goal, the MC, and/or juice fasting, can play a big part in returning you to optimum health. Same goes for the
Liver Flush (excellent forum here at curezone with all the info and support). I could not have done what I have without fasting,
Liver Flushing and professional colonics. I am a poster child!
My very best to all,
Somer
