Re: Day 2 - kidney and muscle pain/ SWF ineffective
Have you had kidney issues before? If so, you should consider consulting a natural health professional who is familiar with fasting.
I had a major kidney crisis on day 18 of my 60 day fast, supervised by my excellent naturopath who prescribed homeopathic and herbal support so I was able to fast through.
I would suggest you try adding a little extra kidney cleanse. If you can get a watermelon, open it, save the seeds and give the melon to a friend. Chop 1 T. seeds, cover with 1 pint boiling water and allow to cool. Drink as much of this tea as you can, in addition to your lemonade.
If you cannot get a watermelon, make a tea of
Celery seeds the same way. Another good bet would be fresh parsley--make a tea the same way.
Definitely increase your liquid consumption. A plain
water enema would be an excellent choice if the swf is not coming through--likely you are congested.
Apply a heat pad to the kidney area for pain relief, and treat yourself extra special!
The legs... are we talking leg cramps? If so, 1 T. BLACKSTRAP molasses will very likely take care of that with its extra potassium and iron, and is part of the
Master-Cleanse protocol.
Let us know how you are doing!
Best,
Somer
