Re: Partial MC?

Donn, I understand where you're coming from but as I said, It's not about whether or not I can talk to him or change his opinion. I'm only concerned with what the results would be of not doing the cleanse 100%. He and I go back and forth on this subject all the time and I know that is not going to change any time soon. He does want me to be healthy, he cooks dinner for me every night and it is always something healthy like a lentil soup, veggies (brown) rice and chicken, stuff like that. He and I just disagree on what healthy is. I do apreciate your comments though, thank you.

Everyone else, I'm glad that you think this will be of some benefit. My biggest problem right now is a very big Sugar addiction that is having a cascading effect on everything in my body including digestion problems and candida issues. I don't have much problem dealing with hunger, but I do have issues dealing with cravings. Food is like a drug for me and sometimes I get fixated on a particular food and can't think of anything else until I eat that food. The first bite is always heaven and by the time I finish eating, I feel like crap. It's usualy something sweet (ice cream, candy) or carb-y(sandwich, potatos).

My next question: Is there a pre-made lemon juice that is acceptable for MC? Even when I did this the last time I found the most tedious part of the cleanse to be squeezing all the lemons. I have looked at all my my natural food stores but have not found anything.
Suggestions?
