I totally agree with hopinso. I have used this as a maintenance routine.
One negative: your digestion will not shut down, and hunger may actually be stronger than it generally is after the first few days of the MC.
One positive: your cleansing will be slower, resulting in less dramatic cleansing symptoms.
The bottom line is: find something you can do to improve your health, and work from there. It's your body, and you are the only one who can make peace with it.
