Re: Day 2 Update

Thanks for the advise. I live about 5 minutes from a local market in a small town. I had bought all they had of both lemons and limes, and they get their shipment in on Tuesdays.

I made it to the store last night and bought all 14 organic lemons they got in. Today I am driving to the South Lake Tahoe area of Northern California. Beautiful snow country! I have made 3 20-oz bottles (6 drinks) and have my cayenne along to add to each drink. I'll be driving about 4.5 hours today, which is hard with my bad back. No pain meds, so I'll be REALLY hurting by mid-day. However, I keep focusing on the long-term benefits, including lower pain levels, and I WILL make it through.

My headache finally broke last night, and I am feeling great! My waist is also 1/2" smaller than it was 3 days ago! Talk about measurable results....
