Getting ready for Monday's start...

I have decided to focus on measurements instead of weight loss this time, so I took my "before" measurements last night.

I also will have my first "Smooth Move" tea tonight. I want to be "moving" well before I begin.

I am really excited about the cleanse, and will start right on time!
