Please don't be offended because you are not getting the answers you want to hear. Perhaps you can use the Master-Cleanse as a time to break your need for coffee. Start with a cup or two a day, then reduce it by half a cup every day and be determined to end the last three days of your cleanse coffee free. You may not lose the weight you had hoped to, but your body will be cleaner and in better shape to lose weight and keep it off. The myth that zero calorie drinks and foods promote weight loss has finally been busted. Caffeine laced drinks stimulate the appetite and contribute to insulin resistance. The same holds true for artificial sweeteners. Coffee is also a strong diuretic and its vital to keep the body properly hydrated when cleansing and dieting. Sometimes I think the food industry is deliberately marketing foods that will keep us fat, unhealthy and addicted. Things labeled "diet", "low calorie" or "zero calories" very often turn out to be much worse for safe and lasting weight loss than their more natural alternatives. The choice is yours, but I think you know what the proper course should be.
