Hello, and congratulations on your decision to do a fast, it is well worth it! I use a brand called "Shady Maple Farms." I don't really think the brand is so important, but it should be pure grade B, and if you're not on a tight budget, make sure it's organic.

Your message caught my eye because I am also 32 years old. I have never had any major health issues but I have struggled with weight (before cleanse: 5'11", 252 lbs, currently 225 lbs). I was getting tired a lot before the cleanse and I had some pretty serious allergies. My problem with being tired is gone, and my allergies have definitely lessened after 27 days of a 40 day fast. Happy cleansing, and don't forget to write your reasons for doing this down and keep them close at hand. You might need them in those "trying" times.
