Thanks Jason, It looks like we're both pretty similar and not just in age, but also height, weight and the allergies. I have done some cleansing this past year, but only using some of the remedies from the health food store. They definitely have lessened the effect of my allergies for sure. I'm in much better health this year than this time last year, although the weight still seems to be an issue. My feeling is that the weight is still a problem due to a clogged up system. I cannot think of any other reason than that. My diet has been pretty good for the past few years, but it was probably the 26-27 years (most of my life in other words) that are working against me. That's why I'm really eager to get all the gunk out of me and start experiencing this wonderful energy that people always talk about... and helping to loose the weight one of these days too. Thanks for the tip on the syrup. I'll head back to the store tomorrow and get some. They had so many different kinds so now that I know what to look for I'll pick it up ASAP.
