Hi Ana,

I had 2300 mg of coQ10 in the house last night, so I went ahead and took it. With today being a holiday and my family traveling out of town today, I couldn't get more, but maybe tomorrow I'll be able to take the full 3000 mg dose. I just want the critters OUT!!
