Aren't you glad it's out? I haven't ever passed anything that huge so though I looked I couldn't say for sure. To me it looks like some pictures of tape worms I have seen. If you didn't take psyllium or some other type of fiber it's possible that you killed it and it's been sitting in there till it decayed enough to be pulled off the wall. Have you taken CoQ10? If you haven't I definitly would just in case that thing released eggs into your body.

I'll be interested to hear other folks opinion of this one as well.
